By accessing or using the betg platform at betg.im — whether on a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any betg application — you are entering into a binding legal agreement with betg. These Terms and Conditions, together with betg's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete agreement between you and betg regarding your use of the platform.

betg reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Providing false information during registration, including a false date of birth or identity, is a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Each player may hold only one betg account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using your own details, borrowed details, or fabricated information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. betg uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts and will take immediate action including closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.

Account Information Accuracy

All information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your Pakistani CNIC, your date of birth, your current residential address, and your active mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information updated. If your contact details change, update them in your betg account settings promptly.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your betg login credentials confidential. betg will never ask you for your password. Do not share your password with anyone, including people who claim to be betg support agents. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact betg support immediately and we will secure the account.

Account Verification (KYC)

betg may ask you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer) at any point. This typically involves submitting a clear copy of your CNIC (front and back) and a recent selfie. Verification is required before first withdrawal and may be requested at other times. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the requested timeframe may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.

betg accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank-issued debit cards. All deposits are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). betg does not accept deposits in any foreign currency.

• KYC completion: Your first withdrawal requires completed identity verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC will have withdrawals held until verification is confirmed.

• betg reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel a bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or fraudulent activity.

The Refer a Friend programme at betg pays Rs 1,000 in real cash (not bonus credits) for every qualifying referral. The referring player must be verified and in good standing. The referred player must be a genuinely new betg player who deposits at least Rs 500 within 30 days of registration. Sports Betting

Bets placed after an event has started using information not available to general betters at the time of placement may be voided at betg's discretion. In-play markets close automatically at the moment betg's data feed confirms the relevant event or period has ended.

Technical Issues

In the event of a technical failure mid-game that prevents a round from completing, betg will use game logs to determine the fair outcome. Where this is not possible, the stake will be returned to your betg wallet. betg is not liable for losses caused by network issues on the player's side (including mobile data outages or WiFi drops) once a bet has been placed and accepted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on betg. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

Where an account is suspended for investigation rather than confirmed misconduct, betg aims to complete the investigation within 14 days and will communicate its findings to the affected player.
